1. What Zaptun is

Zaptun is a software media player. It allows you to play audio-visual content from sources you provide, such as an M3U playlist URL or an Xtream Codes account. Zaptun does not include, host, transmit, sell, recommend or link to any TV channels, movies, series, playlists or subscriptions.

2. Your content and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content sources you add to Zaptun and for ensuring that you have the right to access and view them under the laws that apply to you. You agree not to use Zaptun to infringe copyrights or other rights. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, third-party providers, their availability, quality, legality or terms.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Zaptun is free to download and requires a purchase to unlock playback. We offer auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

The lifetime purchase is a non-consumable in-app purchase tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices using Restore Purchases.

4. Promo and offer codes

From time to time we may distribute App Store promo codes or subscription offer codes. Codes are subject to Apple's redemption rules, may expire, and have no cash value.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Zaptun on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the app.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. Playback depends on your provider's streams, formats and servers, which we do not control. We do not guarantee that any particular stream will play.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Zaptun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party content or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Zaptun in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
